Chang Carnival returns with a new Fantasy-themed event concept. The 2-day festival will take place from 17-18 February and feature Thailand's most popular Rock bands, as well as a multitude of fun activities. The lineup includes Big Ass & Paradox on the first event day, and Potato & Cocktail on the second event day. The event takes place at Lan Nern Noom, at the Don Kaeo subdistrict.
