Chang Carnival 2017: Electric Circus | Chiang Mai (Day 2)

Chang Carnival returns with a new Fantasy-themed event concept. The 2-day festival featured Thailand's most popular Rock bands, as well as a multitude of fun activities. The lineup included Potato & Cocktail on the second event day. The event took place at Lan Nern Noom, at the Don Kaeo subdistrict.
