CHOW Cafe & Bar is a new bistro at Metropole Hotel (near Soi Thong Lo Pier). The venue invited invited to its exclusive, invitation-only Grand Opening party. The event had a Gatsby-style, Shanghai 1920s dress code & theme and featured singer K. Ou Tannathon and DJ Nat Sarasas.
