Babymetal is a Japanese kawaii band formed in 2014, where they first gained recognition performing 2 days straight at Nippon Budokan. In the same year, they released the first studio album titled under the same name as the band, where the album had chart-topping ranks on USA's Billboard charts. Besides their studio album, Babymetal has also performed alongside Lady Gaga as her opening act for the ArtRave: The Artpop Ball 2014 concert tour.
