CHU Chinese Bangkok satisfies your craving for home-cooked Chinese food. Located on Soi Sukhumvit 49, here is where you can really feel the 80s-90s retro vibes with pop art and Chinese typography pieces all over the walls.

CHU is divided into three parts: the café on the first floor and the restaurant and bar on the second. The main dining hall is painted in old rose with green and black furniture that contrasts with the pinkish tone. Further inside is a small bar with cool neon lights.

The main food concept of CHU is to walk the line between street food and fine dining. They serve home-cooked meals that remind us of family recipes - fried, braised, steamed dishes and soups.

The drinks at CHU belong to two main categories: Chinese style cocktails, with liquors, syrups, and ingredients made from Chinese herbs, and international cocktails. The names of signature cocktails are adapted from elements of Wong Kar-wai’s movies.
