Pravana Vivids Mood Color: The First-Ever Heat-Activated Hair Coloring
If you are looking to add something extra to your look, maybe for the next music festivals, look no further! Pravana VIVIDS Mood Color is the first heat-activated temporary hair color that transforms the hair color simply by adding heat, be it a blow dryer, sun, body heat from touch, or hot tools like curling irons - the heat activates the transition which happens instantly, and changes back once the hair cools down.
The application is simple: there is a base cream that has to be mixed with the actual color pigments which come in form of a powder. The mixture is then applied with a brush on the wet hair. Once applied, simply blow dry the hair and you're done.
The great thing is that it’s temporary. There is no bleaching or dyeing involved, and therefore there is no risk for potential unwanted side-effects. The hair will continue to transition until you remove the color by simply washing it out with shampoo.
At the moment there are four color-changing combinations: Cool Violet to Warm Pink; Lime Green to Sunny Yellow; Smokey Gray to Invisible; and Tropical Peach to Invisible.
One kit includes the base cream, the 4 color pigments, mixing spoons and applicator sponge. You can get between 25-30 applications per kit.
At the moment, VIVIDS Mood Color is officially available in the USA, Canada and Australia. The Australian distributor "Hairco Hair and Beauty Supplies" is selling the kits at $79.95 Australian Dollars, which is around 2,070 Baht. However, as it's a professional line, it will officially only be available for salons for now.
