After making their first appearance in 1972, Nike Cortez Unisex Shoes have remained an undisputed all-time favorite for the past 47 years. Lightweight, weatherproof, and with a streamlined design, this Nike classic is an everyday essential for any sneaker collector. Just recently, the new Nike Classic Cortez Premium was released with an even more minimalist, Swooshless look.

These sneakers are made with genuine leather, with Phylon foam soles to absorb impact from the ankles. The iconic Swoosh on the outer side has been removed, leaving just a plain batch of leather. The logo on the inner side uses the same material as the rest of the shoe, while the mini logos on the tongues and inner soles are kept untouched. The design choices make this edition stand out from previous ones which often use contrasting colors. Nike Classic Cortez Premium has been released in two colors: white (with varsity red and varsity royal accents) and black.

A pair of these will set you back 100 USD (about 3,197 THB), but they currently only available in North America. Stay tuned for Thailand’s official release date; it won’t be too long until you can add the new Nike Cortez to your collection!
