Valentine’s Day is barely a week away. And although it’s usually a festival reserved for lovey-dovey couples and not eligible singles in your area, that won’t be the case this year.
This February 14, IDC CLUB Bangkok – a brand-new nightclub near Ekkamai Ramindra Expressway – invites lovers of electronic music to an exclusive event on the night of love. Whether you’re single or taken, let’s celebrate V-Day together at Henry Fong & Mari Ferrari: Live at IDC CLUB.
As this is IDC CLUB Bangkok’s first event of this grand a scale, the venue is bringing to its stage two world-class acts, Henry Fong and Mari Ferrari, as well as four support DJs & MCs. The party is set to take place on February 14 (Fri), starting from 21.00.
Headlining the event is American DJ and producer, Henry Fong, known for his distinctive electro house sound with influences from moombahton and Jamaican rhythms.
He has also collaborated with several of DJ Mag’s Top 100 rankers, including Steve Aoki #10 ("Drop It Down Low" and "Pop It Off"), Hardwell #12 ("Badam"), and Deorro #65 (“Pica”).
The DJ has worked with Spinnin’ Records, Dim Mak, OWSLA, and Revealed Recording as well as produced many EDM remixes for tracks like Calvin Harris’ "This Is What You Came For" (with R3hab), J Balving & Willy William’s “Mi Gente” and DJ Snake’s "A Different Way Ft. Lauv". The latter, in particular, boasts millions of views of YouTube.
Other than his music production talent, the dreadlocked DJ has also showcased his DJ skills at major festivals like Ultra Music Festival, World DJ Festival, EDC Orlando, Life In Color Mexico, and Thailand’s very own S2O Festival 2017.
On the night of the party, you can expect Henry Fong to bring high-energy sets that’ll get the crowd pumped up and ready to dance!
But that’s not where the fun ends. Joining the roster as a special guest is Mari Ferrari – a Russian DJ/producer who is as gorgeous as she is talented.
She becomes well-known in the DJ and clubbing scene across the Americas, Europe, and Asia thanks to her creative progressive house & electro house sound. What’s more, her unique style and performance have brought her to festivals and clubs in over 90 countries.
Mari Ferrari has shown her mixing talent on many world-class stages such as Sensation White and Hed Kandi Festival Miami. The DJ has also worked with leading brands like Fashion TV, Playboy, and FHM, as well as shared a stage with the legendary Carl Cox.
The two will be joined by a talented team of Support DJs and MCs. There’s the veteran DJ Benz, who won Pioneer DJ Thailand back in 2009 when he was 17 years old as well as the Pioneer DJ Asia Pacific in 2010. Other acts include DJ Nuttrix, Deucex, and J-Nana, who’ll all make sure this Valentine’s night will be on fire!
