Kangkao
Kangkao (meaning "bat" in Thai) is a speakeasy-style wine bar sitting on top of Phra Sumen Road's Ku Bar. Aside from the minimalist and casual design and decor, you'll be impressed with the long bar facing the large glass window, where you can gaze out at the neighborhood.
The drink menu is mostly high-quality wines, both natural and organic, with the ever-changing list including over 40 options. As for the food, expect appetizers and bar bites that pair well with wine.
