One of the designs in this 5th series was inspired by Warhol’s abstract “Silk Screen Printing” artwork called “Flower” that was extremely famous during 1964-1970. The team at SUPER interpreted Warhol’s work onto both the frame and temples of the Drew Mama model, an oversized version of the classic feminine cat-eye silhouette. While it’s essentially the same silhouette, the resulting Andy Warhol Drew Mama Flowers sunglasses features the iconic and colorful flowers printed on the thin and light crystal acetate frame.

The other model is the Andy Warhol Drew Flowers that brought to life Warhol’s iconic artwork from a fashion magazine back in the 1950’s onto the iconic Drew silhouette. The team at SUPER interpreted Warhol’s distinctive drawing style into bright red three-dimensional floral decors both on the frame front and temples, giving the sunglasses a playful and flashy character. Both new models are priced at $351 or about 11,670 THB.

If you’re interested, you can order them through the official website of SUPER by Retrosuperfuture or find them at only selected retailers. Take note that both these shades are limited-edition and will not be produced again once they’re sold out, so grab them while they’re still available!
