They currently have 4 locations in Thailand with Bawarchi Rooftop serving as their first-ever rooftop fine-dining space. Perching up high on the 16th floor of the Solitaire Bangkok Hotel, the Bawarchi Rooftop boasts an elegant Mughal-style dining hall with gold hues, billowing fabric ceilings, and patterned tiling inspired by the beauty of Indian palaces.

The menu offered at Bawarachi Rooftop was created by a team of seasoned chefs from India who brings into play their love of spices and traditional recipes that works wonders on top-tier ingredients like giant lobsters, lamb chops, tiger prawns, and Grade A chicken cuts.

Some of the most popular dishes include the Kashmiri Rogan Josh, aromatic lamb curry, and one of the signature recipes of Kashmiri cuisine, and the Murgh Makhanwala, a dish originating from New Delhi that is better known colloquially as “Butter Chicken”.
