Heineken x Greyhound Presents: “Star Delivery” — The Private Party Provider

On 14 November 2017, the Greyhound Headquarters in Soi Sukhumvit 53 hosted a house party like no other. As part of the “Heineken Open Your Celebration 2017” campaign, the two giant brands finally launched their “Star Delivery Service” project. No more hassle for the city crowd whenever a party is being organized, as the service aims to be a “Private Party Provider”. You can now order top dishes from Greyhound Café, draft beer machines from Heineken, and stylish party decors from Greyhound Originals straight to your home. The event was organized to showcase the perks of such premium service adorned by celebrities and VIPs throughout the night, creating a once in a lifetime experience that no one would want to miss.
Only the select few were able to witness the launch of such a unique service in person with Heineken and Greyhound, but for those of you who want to live vicariously through them, here is a summary of how the stylish night went down.
Garden Gathering
Once you start to approach the entrance to the Greyhound Headquarters, you begin to notice that something is different. The garden is transformed into an outdoor chill out session with bright lights hanging just above everyone, revealing the smiles and enjoyment of it all. Guests were treated to some of the best catering from Greyhound’s famous kitchen and an unlimited supply of ice-cold Heineken draft beer.
Everyone was having a great time, some were trying out every item on the table, while others mingled around the garden sipping away the drinks in their hands. After all, the tummies have been filled, and the Instagram photos have been uploaded, it was finally time to step inside for big announcement.
The “Star Delivery Service”
As the room was filling up, we had a little more time to explore the room filled with fashionable decors from Greyhound and filling up our cups with more Heineken draft beer. There were classic games like Darts, Jenga, and many others, all of which were modified to fit the theme of the party. The seats were nicely surrounded by just enough props that the guests can’t help but take a quick selfie as they sat down.
When everyone was inside the lights dimmed, and the MC took the stage. It was actor Chanon Akkarachata that led the launch event in style, inviting big names from brands behind the “Star Delivery Service” on stage one by one for a short interview and giving everyone a glimpse of Thailand’s first-ever “Party Delivery”. But sometimes just slideshows and video clips are not enough to showcase how extraordinary the service will be. This was where the organizers were way ahead of us.
Surprise Surprise!
There is no better way to kick-start such an excellent service than having a crew of celebrities do the delivery themselves. Yes, you heard us right. As the green truck pulled into the driveway, everyone was expecting just a demonstration of the party delivery. Little did we know that when the doors opened, we would meet the stars of The Face Thailand pushing in the delivery carts themselves.
The crew, led by Philip Thinroj (winner of The Face Men Thailand), followed by Sabina Meisinger (winner of The Face Thailand Season 1), Arthur Gagnaus, Joseph Angelo, and Third Yoovijit. After the camera flashes started to calm down, we had a chance to listen to what each celebrity had to say about such an exciting service Heineken and Greyhound are providing. After a few more photo sessions at the backdrop outside, it was time for the celebration to finally begin.
A Memorable Night
What it all came down to, was a night for everyone who turned up to remember. Heineken has proven once again to be one of the best companions in the nightlife scene, while Greyhound never went out of style with their fashion and food. Everyone went ahead to fill their cups once more and headed to the dance floor without hesitation. The celebrity crew roamed around the room, playing with the games and posing from even more photos in front of multiple stylish backdrops. The VIP guests have nothing but smiles on their faces as they found their spots in the party and danced the night away. The was truly a celebration, and a fitting one to say the least.
