Thailand’s biggest Reggae-Ska beachside party is back again for its 5th edition with Sunset Beach Music Festival 2020. This year, however, the organizers will be pulling out all the stops to ensure that this festival will be the talk of the town for the rest of 2020.

HEAVY Organizer, one of Thailand's most prestigious event organizers, have made sure that there will be no shortage of top-tier Reggae-Ska talents this year with a line-up that boasts 12 Thai artists, 2 international acts, and a parade of countless DJs for your entertainment this upcoming Saturday, March 7, 2020, at the beach of Platoo Restaurant in Cha-Am, Petchaburi.

Headlining the event will be the legendary T-Bone, one of the few names that have been with Sunset Beach Music Festival since its 1st edition. They’ve been a household name for Reggae-Ska artists in Thailand and served as an inspiration for the younger generations of Reggae-Ska artists. You can be sure to catch a live performance of their greatest hits including “Ter Hen Tong Fah Nun Mai”, “Gord”, “Glin”, and countless more this year!

Second on the list of headliners is Srirajah Rockers, another name that had been with Sunset Beach Music Festival since the beginning of it all. If you’re a fan, be sure to get some refreshers on their discography ahead of time because their top tracks like “Destroy Babylon” and “Karma Soundsystem" will be on their playlist again this year.

Next on the list is Job 2 Do (Banjob Polin), one of Thailand’s most successful and influential Reggae acts. Even now at the age of 61, he still refuses to miss out on all the fun and will be bringing with him all the well-recognized hits like “Doo Ter Tum”, “Glub Barn Rao”, “Nhuk Sit Her”, and his latest single “Yaa Gun-cha” for all the hippies of Sunset Beach to enjoy.

Now that we’ve covered a few legendary names, let’s take a look at a few from the latest generation of Reggae artists in Thailand. Boasting a modern iteration of the Reggae-Ska genre, Mocca Garden will be back to Sunset Beach Music Festival once again of the fans to enjoy. Not only will they be performing their best tracks like “Ska Variety” or “I Love You Thailand”, but also their latest single “Munz” featuring rising Rap star OG-ANIC that had already garnered over 36 million views on YouTube! Their unique Reggae rhythm and beats will surely get you on your feet in no time.

Indie newbies like Junlaholaan and TaitosmitH will also be joining the line-up at Sunset Beach. With their unique blend of charming beats and deep, meaningful lyrics, you’re in for a treat as soon as they step onto the stage.

Supporting acts include Miraculous, 4e Rastafari, Gold reD, The super Glasses Ska Ensemble, The Paradise Bangkok Molam International Band, as well as Deep ‘O’ Sea, a prominent Thai Reggae band best known for their top hit “Koh Samui”. International acts include Faygo meets Judean Kong from France and Otonotabicrew from Japan.

The DJ stage will also be set to welcome a full-blown line-up of some of the most talented DJs including MASIA ONE, KELLY K, ALPHA SICK & JAHDED, OKBI IYAH, and STICK KEYS who will be looking to turn things up a notch at this music festival. If you’re planning to go all night and experience a new taste of party music then make sure to drop by through the night.
