'What the Fest': A Music Festival in Bangkok For Teenagers of All Lifestyles

The young people of Bangkok are in for a big surprise this summer. On June 16-17 2018, Chang Music Connection will be treating the teens of Thailand with What The Fest Music Festival at the Royal Paragon Hall. Expect a celebration of teen lifestyle and music for two full days and a cool air-conditioned atmosphere unlike the usual outdoor festivals in Bangkok.

Over 20 trending Thai artists will be taking turns putting an entertaining performance at What The Fest for everyone to enjoy throughout the two days. June 16 will be "Pop Day" and the line-up will consist of easy-listening artists like Peck Palitchoke, Room 39, The Toys, Pop Pongkool, Oat Pramote, Getsunova, Stamp, Lipta, Arom Chanakan, Gan Core Club, Violette Wautier, and many more. If you're a Thai pop fan, here's your chance to meet all of Thailand best Pop artists all in one place.

The next day on June 17 will be "Rock Day". Expect a non-stop high-energy performance on the 2nd day for What The Fest from some of Thailand's top artists such as Bodyslam, Palmy, Potato, Slot Machine, Big Ass, Klear, 25 Hours, Paradox, Lomosonic, Thaitanium, and Overdose. Expect nothing less than an overflowing event hall on this day as everyone will be a chance to get up close with their favorite artist.

Other than the quality acts on the main stage, there will also be a Mini Stage area welcoming 16 more trending artists of all musical styles. The line up includes The Pisat Band, C/0 Go!, Young Man And The Sea, Zero Hero, Yerm, Clockwork, Motionless, P.O.N.R., GMM Pop New Face, Pretty Punks, West of East, Poomjit, Blues Tape, The Super Glasses Ska Ensemble, Supersub, Last Fight For Finish, and Paper Planes.

To complement the vast array of musical performances that will be taking the stages over two days, What The Fest have prepared 7 activity zones that resonate with the theme of "Teen Lifestyle". The zones includes Beauty - a meet and greet with popular beauty bloggers MayyR and Icepadie, Fortunetelling - a fortunetelling service from the experts of the Facebook page "a duang", Cafe - a thrist quenching spot serviced by actors Suradet Piniwat and Nawat Phumphongam, Photobooth - a specially decorated photo corner for those who loves to take pictures and selfies, Games - a zone equipped with a VR game station thats ready to take you on a virtual reality adventure, Gift - a booth where you can create a one-of-a-kind gift for your special someone, and Market - a heaven for all the shoppers with over 30 fashion brands to enjoy sifting through while listening to the live music on stage.
