Chang Carnival returned with a new fantasy-themed event concept. From the 2-day music festival took place in the Mahasarakham province, at open space across of Mahasarakham University. The event featured Buddha Bless, Joey Boy, and Boom Boom Cash on the first event day, and Mild, Big Ass, and 25 Hours on the second event day, as well as a multitude of fun activities.
