Eating healthy is a goal for most people, and there is a steady increase in people developing an interest in healthy food. It does remain quite a challenge though to achieve our goals of wholesome living regularly, as ready-made meals and fast food are always and everywhere at hand, while healthy options are often limited.

Organic Supply is a new restaurant and bakery in Ladprao, owned by four owners, with one of them being singer P’Lek (Greasy Cafe). The shop serves baked goods, food, drinks, and addition organic products. Their bakery focuses on being straight vegan, meaning all their products do not contain any eggs or dairy products.

Theera: The Original Healthy Bake Room

Theera Restaurant Bangkok

This restaurant and bakery is focusing on Allergen-free food, with all their products being gluten free (with the exception of some whole wheat-based products), meaning they don’t use grains such as wheat, barley or rye (instead brown rice, almond, and buckwheat), and 90% of them are also vegan, which means they replace eggs and dairy products, with soy milk, rice milk, and coconut milk. As sweetener, they use brown sugar, coconut nectar, maple syrup, stevia and dates.
