The COVID-19 situation has made leaving the house one of the most difficult things to do at the moment. Not only would you need to avoid crowded areas, but also prepare your sanitary equipment and get home before the curfew begins. Most of us have resolved to work from home as well as taken up online shopping and activities. Travelling, however, can be a bit trickier.

Airbnb, the online lodging and travel experience marketplace we all know and love, had recently launched its new feature on their platform called “Online Experiences” that allows travelers and hosts across the globe to connect virtually. Now, you can embark on an adventure to faraway places from the comfort of your home.

Just like the in-person experiences, Airbnb’s Online Experiences allows its hosts to continue earning and provide unparalleled experiences for their guests including cooking, city tours, forest walks, and culture exchanges like before, but now through an online platform.

For those of you who may not know, Airbnb Experiences are activities that go beyond the typical tour or class. It is designed and led by locals all over the world who are eager to show off their city, craft, culture and cause while giving you a unique travel experience that you couldn't find anywhere else.
