A total-body workout, such as Muay Thai training, makes in many cases great sense - be it for beginners, intermittent exerciser, and those that are focusing on cardio or weight loss. It's tough, but if you pull through, it will deliver great results!
The training helps building a well-balanced body (by hitting all muscle groups in one workout) and it maximizes the calorie burn and fat loss. That you learn some serious self-defense skills in the process is an appreciable perk. Enough said! Drop that repetitive treadmill running, it's time to join the Muay Thai craze.
